Membership Terms & Conditions

By becoming our premium member, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• 1. A tutor warrants that he/she is of at least eighteen years of age, has the necessary qualifications and/or experience to provide tuition in the subjects specified by the tutor.
• 2. The registration fees will not be refundable in any case.
• 3.The registration does not guaranteed that the tutor will get the tuition. This will totally depend upon the tutor profile and trial class performance.
• 4. The registration is valid for 1 year or maximum of 4 successful tuitions* which ever happens first.
• 5. A tutor hereby acknowledges that TheTuitionTeacher.com is not liable to the tutor for reimbursement of any fees paid pursuant to these terms in the events of any cancellation of any tuition for any reason.
• 6. A tutor acknowledges that he/she is not an employee of TheTuitionTeacher.com and accepts full responsibility for all Income Tax and other liabilities payable in relation to any fees generated from a tuition contract.
• 7. TheTuitionTeacher.com reserves all the rights to cancel the registration without any refund of the registration fees.
• 8. A tutor undertakes to register for TheTuitionTeacher.com service using accurate and current information about himself /herself- including his/her correct name, address, telephone number, qualifications and any other requested details.
• 9. TheTuitionTeacher.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of TheTuitionTeacher.com service, or the entire of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so.
• 10. Once the tutor accepts tuition, and his/her trial went successful then he/she needs to take up the assignment and can't backout.
• 11. If the tuition is finalized then TheTuitionTeacher.com will collect the first month fees in advance from parents and will give it to tutor after completion of first month, after deducting 50% comission + 18% GST of the first month fees.
• 12. It is compulsory for tutor to complete his /her first month of tuition successfully to get the payment, otherwise TheTuitionTeacher.com will not be liable for any payment to tutor.
• 13. After the completion of one month, the tutor has to get a satisfactory note on the receipt which they need to deposit in the office when they will be coming for fees.
• 14. If tutor for any reason can't submit the tuition fees receipt for payment reimbursement then rs 100 will be charged from his/her fees for reissuing the receipt.
• 15. Payment will be made only to tutor’s own bank account via bank transfer only.
• 16. If a tutor doesn’t respond on a job given within the initial first hour, then the job can be transferred to another tutor.
• 17. If at any point of time the parent asks for an address id proof from tutor, then tutor should give the same to them.
• 18. No tutor is allowed to discuss about our contract /process with the parents .
• 19. No tutor is allowed to give any physical/mental punishment to any student in any condition.
• 20. TheTuitionTeacher.com has all the rights to cancel the registration anytime due to insincere behavior of the tutor during the validity period.
• 21. TheTuitionTeacher.com has all the rights to alter/change any rules and regulations at any point of time.
• 22. In case of any future tuition which has been forwarded by TheTuitionTeacher.com and is not taken up instantly, TheTuitionTeacher.com reserves the right to be informed by tutor about any such future call.
• 23. A tutor can contact TheTuitionTeacher.com office only during ( Mon-fri, 10am-6pm ) and not on public holidays and Sunday. Every time, tutor needs to take an appointment before visiting office.
• 24. The remainder of this entire agreement shall be severable and remain in effect if any provision in whole or part is held enforceable for any reason.
• 25. These terms and conditions will be subjected to Indian Law and the jurisdiction of Lucknow court only.
