Customer Relationship Manager

As a Customer Relationship Manager your job will involve managing and maintaining relationships with parents who are looking to hire tuition teachers for their children. You will be responsible for understanding their requirements and preferences, and providing them with the best possible solutions. This includes identifying suitable tuition teachers from our platform, coordinating with them for interviews and other processes, and ensuring that the parents are satisfied with their choice.

Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with parents who are looking to hire tuition teachers for their children
Understanding their requirements and preferences, and providing them with suitable solutions
Identifying suitable tuition teachers from our platform and coordinating with them for interviews and other processes
Ensuring that parents are satisfied with their choice of tuition teacher
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Working with other departments to ensure that our services are meeting the needs of our customers and to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
Prior experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in the education industry.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
